Bread from Heaven Community Church In 1998, Jesus Loves the Little Children Foundation, Inc. was established with the deep conviction to meet the needs of the orphaned, neglected, abandoned, and/or abused street children in Metro Manila. Through JLLCFI’s Supplemental Feeding Program, many homeless families came to the Children’s Home to eat. With the passion to evangelize the lost and the unreached, Pastors Chito and Rachel Sanchez brought these homeless families to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Week after week, many were added to the number of people being fed physically and spiritually and many were accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Thereafter, Jesus Lover of My Soul was founded on April 11, 1999 and later found its home in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, the biggest slum area of Pasig City. Situated strategically, Jesus Lover of My Soul was not limited in church activities but actively participated in community development and poverty reduction in areas where these issues intersect with children and the poor. It was the year 2002 when the Lord spoke to Pastors Chito and Rachel to start the River of God church in Robinson’s Galleria. ROG-Galleria opened its doors on August 18, 2002. With the vision to disciple newly born Christians to become mature believers and to bring these disciples into an intimate and passionate relationship with the Living God; to experience the fellowship of the Holy Sprit; and to be a drinking well for the tired and weary. River of God, Inc. was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in August 2002. From a humble beginning, River of God grew rapidly and currently has several churches and affiliate churches in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. ROG actively networks with various churches and ministries and is a member of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC). Pastor Chito is the Coordinator of the Transformation and Revival Ministry, the prayer arm of PCEC. He is the Overseer of all ROG churches and affiliates. Pastor Rachel is the founder of Women in Revival Ministry and the Associate Senior Pastor of River of God – Galleria. Address:19 A.
