Victory Christian Fellowship (VCF) Victory Christian Fellowship (VCF) is a megachurch based in the Philippines and a founding member of the Every Nation Churches and Ministries, a worldwide movement of churches. Its mission statement is "to honor God and advance His kingdom through church planting, campus ministry, and world missions" or simply to "Honor God. Make Disciples." Victory Christian Fellowship currently has 51 churches in the Philippines, with thirteen in Metro Manila and thirty-eight in various provinces around the country. It is a member of Every Nation Churches and Ministries, the Philippine Missions Association, and the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches. Steve Murrell is the senior pastor of Victory Christian Fellowship, as well as being overall president of the Every Nation group of ministries. As of 2008, more than 34,000 people attend the worship services in Victory in Metro Manila alone. The national office of VCF is located at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
